Yoga Beards Unite! My dear friends @nativeyoga ha Yoga Beards Unite!

My dear friends @nativeyoga have brought a bunch of awesome male yogis together to start the Yogabeards Unite team for the November No Shave (Yoga) Event.
Please join our team and help us raise some money and awareness about men's health. Here’s how you can can help:
1) Donate to https://www.no-shave.org/ or join our team at https://www.no-shave.org/team/yogabeardsunite and help us reach our $1500 goal.
2) Ditch your razors this month. Embrace your hair and let it grow! Why wait for your next holiday to grow some scruff?! You have an excuse all November to go scruff. (I started kinda early this year!)
3) Inspire health in others through your yoga practice. Show your support by sharing your story and posting on social media to get other brothers involved. More men are trying yoga everyday and living better because of it!

Help grow the community by tagging our team when you post; #yogabeardsunite @adampolhemusyoga @brianmilleryoga @davidmiliotis @gregnardi @juankgalan @nativeyoga @willduprey. Together we can make a huge difference!

A flexible mind is just as important as a flexible A flexible mind is just as important as a flexible body. The more we fight things the harder they become. The harder things become the stiffer we get. Staying soft builds flexibility. Being flexible allows us to adapt and grow according to different situations. The stiffer we are in our minds the more likely we are to suffer as the smallest things become big challenges. The stiffer we are in the body, the more likely we are to injure ourselves. The more we’re attached to results the more we delay change - or end up giving up because we’re so stuck on getting there now. Slow down and enjoy the process. Progress and change come with time. Focus on change instead of results and you’ll start seeing the results.
Yoga is as much about developing a flexible mind as it is a flexible body. Forcing and fighting your body into poses will not get your deeper but will hold you back and slow down your progress. Softening the ego and softening the body goes a long way. You’ll end up happier and healthier. Pick your battles wisely, if you keep fighting yourself you’re bound to lose.
Another beautiful Saint Lucian day @thebodyholiday Another beautiful Saint Lucian day @thebodyholiday filled with great new friends, some ocean time and of course lots of yoga. Feeling pretty lucky I wandered down a path I never in a million years expected I would. Living your passion is the best way to find lasting happiness. Take chances, be open to new opportunities and new beginnings. Walking down the unexpected path often leads to amazing, unexpected things - including yourself.
